G.I. Joe 3 Delayed Because of Dwayne Johnson’s Schedule

It has been a while since G.I. Joe: Retaliation was released, 3 years to be eaxct. The movie was considered a success after it made $370 million at box office worldwide. Relation brought back  Channing Tatum (as Duke), Ray Park (as Snake Eyes) and Byung-hun Lee (as Storm Shadow) from G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (the first movie) while adding new characters of Bruce Willis, Adrianne Palicki, Ray Stevenson and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

With Johnson’s special contribution, the movie made some nice profit for the studio and it is most likely that Paramount and Hasbro will move forward with a movie that includes Johnson. Some bad news here though. The Rock is very busy right now.

Recently actor Byung-Hun Lee stated at the Toronto International Film Festival when asked about a third G.I. Joe movie “I heard from the studio that there’s a possibility to do the third one, but I think they’re waiting for the actors’ schedules. They’re arranging the schedules for the actors, especially Dwayne Johnson.

Well, we’d like to say that the wait will be worth it as the Rock is became an important part of the franchise now. We will keep you updated as the developments occur, follow us on social media!
